Due to the perishable nature of our butter products, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If there is an issue with your order- such as receiving the wrong item, damage to your packaging, or a product that does not meet our quality standards-please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos if applicable.
We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Please note:
* We cannot offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
*Refunds and replacements are not issued for missed deliveries or delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.
*If your order arrives warm or melted, please contact us with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
